The SVP 145 Plus vertical panel saw is one of the best-selling machines by Putsch® Meniconi. In its standard version, it offers a cutting capacity of 4200 mm in length, 2200 mm in height, and 60 mm in thickness. However, it can also be manufactured with reduced or increased dimensions, according to customer requirements. The cutting unit and control panel feature an attractive, modern design. Thanks to its versatility and ease of handling, it is suitable for cutting a wide range of materials.

The steel frame of the vertical panel saw is manufactured using an electro-welding process, a technology that ensures high resistance to stress and outstanding structural stability. This solid base guarantees continuous, precise, and reliable operation over time.
Putsch Meniconi vertical panel saws are equipped with an automatic shifting frame with electric or pneumatic drive. During horizontal cuts, the frame moves automatically, preventing contact between the blade and the PVC support strips on the work surface. An integrated sensor controls the movement and ensures maximum operational safety. On some models, the table movement may be mechanical and manually operated.
The lower aluminium supports with polyzene inserts provide a strong and durable base for precise and safe cutting. The lift-up rollers with foot pedal allow easy positioning, even of heavy panels.
Mid-height intermediate supports simplify the handling of small panels, ensuring comfort and precision at every stage of the cutting process.
Each vertical panel saw is equipped with a motor designed to guarantee precision and smooth operation, even during prolonged use. Motor power ranges from 5 HP to 7.5 HP, depending on the selected machine configuration.
The structure of each vertical panel saw, characterised by a heavy-duty monobloc steel frame, offers excellent stability even when cutting heavy panels. This robustness helps reduce vibrations and deviations, ensuring consistently accurate results.
Each vertical panel saw is designed to house a circular blade with a diameter of 250 mm or 300 mm. The maximum cutting depth therefore ranges from 60 mm to 80 mm, depending on the chosen machine type and processing requirements. Different cutting thicknesses may be available upon specific request.

The maximum horizontal cutting capacity is 4200 mm, the vertical capacity is 2200 mm, and the maximum cutting thickness is up to 60 mm. Machines with different capacities can be designed according to specific customer requirements.
In its standard configuration, the machine occupies 5600 mm in width and 3000 mm in height, with a depth of just 1500 mm. Overall dimensions may vary depending on selected options and cutting configurations.
