Navigation Data
The information systems and software procedures for operating this website, during their ordinary operation, acquire some personal data, transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. This data category includes IP addresses or name domains of computers used by users, addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in reply, numerical code indicating the state of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters referring to the operating system and IT environment of the user. These data, which are necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of monitoring the proper functioning of the services offered. Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except in the event of the need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).
Data communicated by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages by filling in the contact forms (Contacts, After-Sales>Assistance, After-Sales>Spare Parts, Information Request) entails the acquisition of the personal data of the person concerned (necessary to reply to the requests, etc.) as well as all the personal data included in the communications. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS

MANNER OF DATA PROCESSING
The data collected are processed by computer tools and only marginally on paper. For data processing related to the services of this website, the Data Controller uses servers located within the European territory and computer systems located at the Data Controller’s headquarters. There is no plan to move them abroad. Technical and organisational measures have been taken in order to ensure a suitable level of security and to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. The data provided directly by the data subject are kept for the time strictly necessary to process the data subject’s requests and then deleted, except in cases of purchase of products (for which the data may be kept for the entire duration of the relationship and in accordance with legal obligations) and for defensive needs (which may require further storage).

NATURE OF DATA PROVIDED
